Membership & Enrollment
- How do I become an I'mPerfect reseller? You can apply through our official website by filling out the reseller application form. You'll need to provide basic personal or business information, and undergo our screening process.
- What are the requirements to become a reseller? You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid government ID, and choose from our three reseller options. We look for individuals or businesses with a professional approach to sales and brand representation.
- How long does the application process take? The screening process typically takes 5-7 business days. We'll review your application and contact you with the results via email or phone.
Reseller Options
- What's the difference between the three reseller options?
- Option 1
(Inventory Ownership): ₱5,000 membership fee exchanged for
products, 20% wholesale discount
- Option 2
(Logistics-Handled): ₱2,000 membership fee, 15% commission on sales
- Option 3
(Referral): ₱2,000 membership fee, 10% commission on sales
- Can I switch between reseller options? Yes, you can change your reseller option at the start of a new membership cycle, subject to approval and current terms.
Financial Details
- How and when do I get paid? Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out within 15 days of the following month via bank transfer or your preferred payment method.
- Are there any hidden fees? No. The only fees are the initial membership fees for Options 2 and 3, or the product-equivalent fee for Option 1. We're transparent about all costs.
Product & Sales
- What types of products does I'mPerfect sell? We specialize in bras and panties for all body types and sizes, focusing on inclusivity and comfort.
- Do I need to maintain a minimum sales volume? There are no mandatory minimum sales requirements, but consistent performance may impact future commissions and benefits.
Marketing & Support
- What marketing support do I receive?

- Can I use my own marketing materials? You must use materials that align with our brand guidelines. All marketing content must be pre-approved by I'mPerfect.

You'll receive a unique reseller dashboard where you can:

- What if a customer returns a product? Commissions will be adjusted for returned items. The full return policy details will be provided in your reseller onboarding package.
Legal & Compliance
- Is this a multi-level marketing (MLM) program? No. This is a straightforward reseller program with transparent commission structures. We do not use multi-level marketing strategies.
- How do I maintain my reseller status? Maintain professional conduct, adhere to brand guidelines, and represent I'mPerfect with integrity.
- Under what circumstances can my reseller status be terminated? I'mPerfect reserves the right to terminate a reseller's status in the following situations:
1. *Fraudulent Activities*
- Providing false information during
application
- Manipulating sales or commission tracking
- Engaging in unauthorized sales practices
2. *Brand Reputation Damage*
- Posting negative or unauthorized content about I'mPerfect
- Misrepresenting product features or brand values
- Engaging in unethical marketing practices
3. *Compliance Violations*
- Repeated failure to follow brand guidelines
- Using unauthorized marketing materials
- Selling products outside approved channels
4. *Performance Issues*
- Consistent low sales performance
- Lack of responsiveness to communication
- Failure to maintain professional standards
5. *Policy Breaches*
- Violation of the terms and conditions
- Sharing confidential company information
- Unauthorized use of brand intellectual property
**Termination Process**:
- First
violation will result in a written warning
- Repeated or severe violations may lead to immediate termination
- Terminated resellers may be ineligible to reapply
- Any pending commissions may be forfeited upon termination
